• Cinecom / “we”. Cinecom Belgium BV.
• You: the person who creates an account or places an order.
• Courses: online video courses with streamed lessons and downloadable project files.
• Video Packs: downloadable digital assets (presets, effects, templates and the like) supplied under a license.
• Tools: free web apps for filmmakers.
• Products: Courses and Video Packs together.

• You must be at least 18 to buy from us.
• Your account is personal. Keep your login details confidential and do not share them.
• Signing in from several devices at once may be detected and can end your active sessions.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Prices are listed in euros; Paddle may show your local currency at checkout. Our checkout and payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com: which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle charges you, applies any VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoice. Payment is taken when you order. Prices may change, but never for an order you have already paid.

• Courses stream from your account immediately after payment, with lifetime access for as long as the course stays in our catalogue.
• Video Packs are available to download from your account right after payment.
• We recommend saving downloaded files locally as your own backup.

You may

• Use Courses and Video Pack assets in your own video projects, including commercial ones.
• Keep using files you have downloaded, in line with these terms.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute or share the original files.
• Publish the assets as stock, or as part of a competing product.
• Claim you created the material, or pass your account to someone else.

Our Products are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing and agreeing to instant access, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(m); Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 13°). See our Refund Policy for how we handle problems.

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, may carry a minimum spend or an expiry date, and may not be combined. We may cancel orders or block accounts where codes are abused, for example by creating multiple accounts to reuse the same code.

We may add, improve, change or retire Courses, Video Packs and Tools at any time. Files you have already downloaded stay with you. Changes do not entitle you to a refund unless a paid product is withdrawn entirely with no equivalent.

We may suspend or close an account without notice for sharing logins, reselling or redistributing our material, payment or discount-code fraud, or attempts to attack or disrupt the site. No refund is given when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

All Courses, Video Packs, Tools and site content remain the property of Cinecom Belgium BV or its licensors. You receive only the limited license described here. Nothing else is transferred to you.

We provide our Products and Tools with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Have a complaint? Email [email protected] and we will acknowledge it within 5 working days. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Limburg, Belgium. EU consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
