How To Make STUNNING Logo To Text Animation (Premiere Pro Tutorial)

Turning your logo into text in adobe premiere pro!

In this tutorial, you will learn how to create an amazing logo to text animation in Adobe Premiere Pro. Understanding how to create a title animation like this will unlock a skillset that you can use to create awesome animations in Premiere! The first thing you need is of course a logo with some text inside. In this tutorial, we're going to use the Premiere logo because you know... It's Premiere Basics!

First you recreate the logo. Start with recreating the text which for me is 'Premiere'. You then allign the text with the logo and use the crop effect to remove the other letters. Then with a shape layer, recreate the border of the logo by using a shape layer. It's that simple! All that's left to do now is animating the crop effect and the path of the rectangle so that the entire text appears.

3D text transition in adobe premiere pro

Now we can see the word 'Premiere' completely but we want to transition to the word 'Basics'. To do that, we're going to use the Basics 3D effect. All you need to do is animate the tilt effect until the word is completely gone. Type in the second word which for me is going to be 'basics'. Again, use the Basic 3D effect to let the word come in. With motion comes motion blur! To add motion blur to the tilt effect, use the directional blur effect and animate the amount of blur with the amount of movement.
